影响老年粗隆间骨折预后的相关因素分析

目的：分析老年粗隆间骨折患者伤前或术前的一般特征与术后功能恢复的相关性，为临床预测预后提供参考依据。方法：对1995年以来收治的83例60岁以上老年粗隆间骨折患者病历复习和随访，包括性别、年龄、骨折类型、伤前生活自理能力、身体状况、术前血红蛋白(Hb)水平及术后功能恢复情况，将资料进行统计分析：结果：年龄、术前Hb水平、骨折类型、伤前生活自理能力与术后功能恢复密切相关：结论：老年粗隆间骨折患者术后功能恢复受多种因素影响，高龄、术前贫血、伤前生活自理能力差以及不稳定型骨折预示着功能恢复较差。

Analysis of correlative factors of prognosis in old patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture

Objective: To analyze the correlation between the general characteristics before injury or operation and functional restoration after operation in old patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture, and to offer a prognosis prediction for clinic.Method:Since 1995, 83 cases who were sixty years of age or older and had sustained an operatively treated intertrochanteric fractures were followed up and reviewed.The component of cases included age,sex,type of fracture,living capability before injury,body status before injury,Hb level before operation,and functional restoration after operation.Then made a statistical analysis about them.Result:There are close correlation between functional restoration and Hb level before operation, type of fracture,living capability before injury.Conclusion:Various factors impressed the functional restoration in old patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture. The aged, anemia before operation, bad living capability before injury, unstable fracture predicted a bad functional restoration.
