老年脑梗死与幽门螺杆菌感染的相关性探讨

目的　初步探讨幽门螺杆菌 (HP)感染与老年脑梗死之间的关系。方法　对在我院住院的 79例脑梗死患者分别测定HP抗体、血脂、血糖 (PG)及一氧化氮 (NO) ,其结果与对照组对比分析。结果　①脑梗死组HP阳性率为 74 7% ,明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ;②脑梗死组TG、VLDL明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,而NO明显低于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ;③脑梗死组中HP抗体与TG呈正相关 ,与NO呈负相关 (P =0 0 0 3)。结论　HP感染促进老年脑梗死的发生及发展

Study of the relationship between cerebral infarction and the helicobacter pylori in elderly patients

Objective To study the relationship between the helicobacter pylori(HP) infection and cerebral infarction in elderly patients.Methods HP antibody and the levels of plasma lipid and plasma glucose and NO were tested in the 79 cases of cerebral infarction in elderly patients,the results were compared with that of the Controlled group.Results ①The positive rate of HP is 74.7% in the cerebral infarction group,the rate is obviously higher than that of control group(P<0.01);②The levels of TG and VLDL were higher obviously the of control group(P<0.01);③The level of HP antibody is related to positively the level of TG and negatively to the level of NO in the cerebral infarction group(P=0.003).Conclusion HP infection promote the occurrence of the cerebral infarction in elderly patients.
