牛磺酸对铅染毒大鼠大脑皮层NOS和nNOS神经元数量的影响

摘    要:
目的 探讨牛磺酸拮抗铅损害中枢神经系统的作用,研究牛磺酸拮抗铅的剂量-效应关系。方法 采用黄递酶(NADPH-d)组织化学和神经元型一氧化氮合酶(nNOS)免疫组织化学方法,研究饮用含不同剂量醋酸铅(0.02,0.2g/L)饮水和饲喂含不同剂量牛磺酸(5,10g/kg)饲料的大鼠大脑皮层NOS和nNOS阳性神经元数量的变化。结果 牛磺酸能明显增加铅染毒大鼠大脑皮层NOS和nNOS阳性神经元的数量。结论 牛磺酸对铅损害中枢神经系统有较明显的拮抗作用,并且存在一定的剂量-效应关系。

Abstract:
Objective To probe into antagonsim of taurine against harmful effects of Pb on NOS and nNOS positive neurons in cortex and its dose-effect relationship.Methods The experiment rat groups were fed with different dosages of lead acetate water solution(0.02,and 0.2 g/L)and different dosages of taurine(5,and 10 g/kg).The changes of NOS and nNOS positive neurons in cortex were observed by NADPH-d histochemistry method.Results Taurine could obviously increase NADPH-d and nNOS positive neurons quantity in cortex of Pb exposed rats.Conclusions Taurine could resist the harmful effects of Pb on nervous system,and show dose-effect relationship.
