医护合作实施术前访视对麻醉环境准备的作用

目的:探讨麻醉护士与麻醉医生合作实施术前访视对手术前麻醉环境准备的作用。方法:将100例择期手术患者,根据手术先后顺序随机分为试验组和对照组,每组50例。试验组由麻醉护士与麻醉医生共同进行术前访视,对照组由麻醉医生单独进行术前访视。统计两组患者麻醉环境准备所需的时间、准确率、麻醉时间和手术时间。结果:两组患者麻醉物品准备时间、手术时间比较,差异无统计学意义;麻醉物品准备准确率、麻醉时间差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:麻醉护士与麻醉医生合作实施术前访视,可以全面了解患者的情况,有利于提高麻醉环境准备的效率和准确率,提高了工作效率,保证麻醉、手术的顺利实施。

Effects of preoperative interview by cooperation between nurses and doctors on preparation for anesthesia environment

Objective： To explore the effects of preoperative interview by cooperation between anesthesia nurses and anesthetists on preparation for anesthesia environment. Methods： 100 patients undergoing elective surgery patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to the order of operation, SO cases in each group. Common preoperative interviews by anesthesia nurses and anesthetists were conducted in the experimental group, while individual interviews by anesthetists were conducted in the control group. The time for anesthetic-settlng preparation, accuracy, anesthetic time and operation time were observed in the two groups. Results： The differences in the time for anesthetic-setting preparation and the time for operation in the two groups was not statistically significant （P〉0. 05）. The differences in aecuraey and anesthetic time in the two groups were statistically signifieant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Common preoperative interviews by anesthesia nurses and anesthetists was benefit to understand the situation of patients, improve the efficiency and accuracy of anesthetic setting, improve the work efficiency and ensure the medical quality.
