双黄连注射液与注射用青霉素钠配伍的稳定性及体外抑菌实验

目的 观察双黄连注射液和注射用青霉素钠配伍的稳定性及单用和合用的体外抑菌作用。方法 采用紫外分光光度法测定配伍液中各自的含量变化情况;采用平皿打孔法观察体外抑菌作用。结果 注射用青霉素钠在与双黄连注射液配伍前后pH、外观等无改变,抑菌活性无显性差异。结论 两配伍稳定性良好,不发生改变,在体外双黄连注射液不能增强注射用青霉素钠对金黄色葡萄球菌、藤黄八叠球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌的抑菌作用。

External bacteriastatic experiments and the compatible stability of Shuanghuanglian injection and penicillin sodium

Objective To observe the stability and the external bacteriastasis of the mixture of Shuanghuanglian injection and penicillin sodium.Methods The content of the mixture was determined by ultraviolet absorption spectrophotometer.And the external bacteriastasis was determined by micro method.Results The pH value and the appearance of the mixture of Shuanghuanglian injection and penicillin sodium didn't change compared with the single component.And there was no remarkable difference in its bacteriastic activity.Conclusion The mixture of the two drugs is stable.There is no change in physico chemical appearance for the mixture.The antibacterial effect of penicillin sodium to staphycococous aureus,Micrococcas lutens,Bacillus sulitilis can't be enhanced by Shuanghuanglian injection.
