2009年成都市HIV监测结果分析

目的分析成都市2009年HIV监测结果。方法收集2009年成都市艾滋病筛查网络实验室检测统计报表及成都市艾滋病确证实验室检测数据,分析本年度HIV监测结果。结果 2009年成都市进行HIV抗体检测961 676例,确证978例,HIV抗体阳性检出率0.1%;HIV感染主要分布在21~40岁;在已知感染途径病例中,经血传播占63.03%,性接触传播占36.77%;感染者配偶及家属感染率最高,为17.89%,男男同性恋(MSM)人群次之,为10.53%。结论 2009年成都市HIV/AIDS流行以特定人群为主,MSM人群HIV感染严重,HIV感染途径有向性传播过渡的危险趋势,完善监测体系,加强重点人群行为干预,是控制HIV/AIDS流行的关键。

Analysis on Surveillance Results of HIV in Chengdu in 2009

Objective To analyze the monitoring results of HIV in Chengdu in 2009.Methods The surveillance statistical reports of HIV screening network laboratories and surveillance information of HIV confirmation laboratories in Chengdu in 2009 were collected to analyze the surveillance results of HIV.Results HIV antibodies were detected in 961,676 samples in Chengdu in 2009,and 978 samples were confirmed.The anti-HIV positive rate was 0.1%.HIV infection was mainly distributed in 21～40 years old.Among the cases of known routes of infection,blood transmission accounted for 63.03% and sexual contact accounted for 36.77%.The spouses of the infected and their families had the highest infection rate（17.89%）,followed by the MSM group（10.53%）.Conclusions The epidemic of HIV/AIDS in Chengdu in 2009 was based on the certain population,and the MSM group was infected severely.The HIV infection routes showed the dangerous trend of transition to sexual transmission.Improving the surveillance system and strengthening the intervention on the key crowd are the key to inhibit the epidemic of HIV/AIDS.
