高血压患者护理干预效果分析

目的探讨护理干预对高血压患者的效果，提高患者生活质量。方法将120例患者随机分为实验组和对照组各60例，出院后对实验组进行护理干预，对照组不施加任何干预措施。比较干预后高血压患者的血压水平，健康行为和生活质量的改善状况。结果干预后实验组的收缩压、舒张压均显著低于对照组（P〈0．05）。干预后实验组的规范用药、定期体检、控制体重、合理膳食、适量运动、情绪调节等行为均显著优于对照组（P〈0．05）。干预后实验组在社会功能、心理健康、活力、疼痛、生理问题对日常活动的限制、心理问题对日常活动的限制、总体评价方面均显著优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论护理干预有利于降低高血压患者的血压水平，改善其健康行为，并提高其生活质量。

Effect of Nursing Intervention on Patients with Hypertension

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention in patients with hypertension,and to improve life quality of them.Methods Totally 120 patients were randomly assigned into the experiment group(n=60) and the control group(n=60).When they left hospital,nursing intervention was used in the experiment group,but not the control group.The level of blood pressure,healthy behaviors and life quality in hypertension patients were compared after nursing intervention.Results Systolic pressure and diastolic pressure in the experiment group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05) after nursing intervention.Standard medication,periodic physical examination,body weight control,rational diet,suitable exercise,and emotion adjustment in the experiment group were all better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Social function,mental health,energy,pain,physiological functions problems and mental problems to daily activities limits,and total evaluation in the experiment group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Nursing intervention is helpful to lower hypertension patients' blood pressure,promote their healthy behaviors,and advance their life quality.
