子宫肌瘤组织表皮生长因子及其受体的检测

摘    要:①目的 探讨表皮生长因子 (EGF)及其受体 (EGFR)与子宫肌瘤发生、发展的关系。②方法 采用免疫组化S P法及流式细胞术 ,检测 4 0例子宫肌瘤组织 (增生期 2 0例 ,分泌期 2 0例 )中EGF、EGFR、雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体 (PR)水平 ,并与瘤旁正常肌层组织进行对照。③结果 子宫肌瘤组织EGF、EGFR、ER、PR水平均高于对照组 ,差异有显著性 (t=2 .5 73~ 3.92 7,P <0 .0 5、0 .0 1) ;肌瘤组织增生期EGFR水平、分泌期EGF水平较对照组明显增高 (t=3.173、3.341,P <0 .0 1) ;肌瘤组织EGF水平与PR水平呈显著正相关 (r =0 .71,P <0 .0 1) ,EGFR水平与ER水平呈正相关 (r =0 .6 5 ,P <0 .0 1)。④结论 EGF、EGFR在子宫肌瘤的发生、发展中起重要作用 ,二者的合成受性激素的调控

Abstract:Objective To study the role of epidermal growth factor (EGF) and its receptor (EGFR) in the pathogenesis of uterine leiomyoma. Methods The levels of EGF, EGFR, ER and PR in the leiomyoma tissues of 40 patients(20 in proliferative phase and 20 secretory phase) were determined by flow cytometry and immunohistochemistry. The results were compared with those of adjacent normal myometrium. Results The levels of EGF, EGFR, ER and PR were significantly higher in the leiomyomas than in the controls (t=2. 603-3.927, P<0.05,0.01). Compared to the control tissues, the levels of EGFR in the proliferative phase and EGF in the secretive phase of the leiomyoma tissue were significantly higher (t=3.173,3.341; P<0.01). The level of EGF was positively related to that of PR (r=0.71, P<0.01), while the level of EGFR was related to that of ER (r=0.65, P<0.01). Conclusion EGF and EGFR play an important role in the development of leiomyoma. The synthesis of EGF and EGFR is regulated by sex hormones.
