超声引导下介入治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿疗效分析

目的探讨利用超声引导下无水乙醇注射疗法（percutaneous ethanol injection therapy,PEIT）治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿（又称卵巢巧克力囊肿）的有效性和安全性。方法对286例卵巢巧克力囊肿患者在超声引导下经阴道或腹壁行囊肿穿刺,抽出囊液后,注入无水乙醇使组织脱水凝固,从而破坏卵巢巧克力囊肿,使囊壁细胞失去分泌功能而达到治疗目的。结果随访280例,一次治疗囊肿完全消失208例,占72.72%（208/286）,第二次治疗囊肿完全消失30例,占10.49%（30/286）,囊肿缩小至直径3cm以下23例,占8.04%（23/286）,术后复发25例,占8.74%（25/286）。结论该方法操作简单,疗效确切,副反应小,为治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿安全而有效的方法。

Curative Effect of Interventional Therapy Guided by Ultrasound for Endometrial Cyst of Ovary

Objective To investigate the curative effect and security of interventional therapy guided by ultrasound for endometrial cyst of ovary.Methods The percutaneous ethanol injection therapy was performed in 286 patients with endometrial cyst of ovary after the cystic fluid was extracted by culdocentesis or abdominal paracentesis.Results The fellow-up of 280 cases showed that 208 cysts disappeared after one treatment（72.72%）,30 cysts disappeared after the secondary treatment（10.49%）,23 cysts decreased in size less than 3 cm in diameter（8.04%）,and 25 cases relapsed（8.74%）.Conclusion The percutaneous ethanol injection therapy is safe and effective for endometrial cyst of ovary with its definite therapeutic effect and little side effects.
