摘    要:
目的探讨氯氮平治疗不同时间段对男性精神分裂症患者血糖、血脂的影响。方法随机选择40例男性精神分裂症患者给以单一氯氮平治疗,分别于治疗前、治疗30d和治疗90d测量体质量、血糖及血脂水平。结果治疗30d和90d后患者体质量均升高,与治疗前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血糖水平升高,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);TCH水平升高,差异有统计学意义(F=13.682,P=0.000),治疗30d与90d后相比差异不显著(P>0.05);HDL水平下降,治疗90d后显著低于治疗前(P<0.05);LDL水平明显升高(P<0.01),30、90d后均显著高于治疗前(P<0.01),治疗30d与90d后的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论氯氮平可导致男性精神分裂症患者不同程度的血脂、血糖和体重增加,其程度可能与氯氮平治疗时间有关。

Effects of different periods of clozapine treatment on blood glucose and lipids in male schizophrenic patients

Abstract:
Objective To explore the effects of different periods of elozapine treatment on blood glucose and lipids in male schizophrenics. Methods Only clozapine were given to forty male schizophrenics and weight, blood glucose and lipids were measured before treatment, after 30 and 90 day's treatment. Results Compared with the baseline levels, weight gains were significant after treatment (F=3.623, P=0.041)and there were significant differences after 90 day's treatment (P〈0.05). There were no significant differences in glucose levels. The serum levels of total cholesterol (TCH) after treatment were increased than that before treatment (F=13.682, P=0.000)and there were significant differences (P〈 0.05) among three periods. The levels of high density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL) after treatment were decreased than that before treatment (F=3.454, P=0.04.8) and there were significant differences (P〈0.05) between 90 day's treatment and the baseline levels. The levels of low density lipoprotein-cholesterol increased significantly after treat ment (F=9.620, P=0.001) and there were significant differences among three treatment periods(P〈0.01). There were no significant differences in triglyceride and very low density lipoprotein (VLDL) among three treatment periods (P〉0.05). Conclusion Clozapine could lead to some changes of serum lipid, glucose and weight gain, and may be related to the treatment periods.
