心脏移植术后早期抗感染药物的应用分析

目的：了解心脏移植患者术后住院期间抗感染药物的预防性应用。方法：回顾性调查心脏移植病历，筛取有效病例，对其抗感染药物用药信息进行收集、统计及分析。结果：抗感染药物品种选择基本考虑到患者个体条件和细菌培养及药敏结果，但个别病例疗程长，联合用药多见。结论：器官移植患者术后近期如何合理的预防性应用抗感染药物，尚缺少指导性意见，是非常值得关注的课题，本资料抗感染药物品种选择基本合理，但疗程、联合用药等尚待进一步研讨。

Application of the anti-infective agents to the earlier period of heart transplantation

OBJECTIVE To investigate the application of the anti-infective agents to the earlier period of heart transplantation in hospital. METHODS The case history of heart transplantation patients was reviewed retrospectively, and the information of the use of the anti-infective agents was collected and analyzed. RESULTS The categories of the anti-infective agents could be selected according to the results of germiculture and drug sensitivity of bacteria and this selection was almost correct or proper. CONCLUSION The selection of the categories of the anti-infective agents was almost reasonable, but the long duration and union administration of the anti-infective agents could be noticed.
