广州市区学龄前儿童营养调查

本文对广州市四所幼儿园1542名学龄前儿童进行了营养调查。膳食调查结果:钙的摄入量3、4、5、6岁年龄组分别为供给量的64％、48％、49％、50％,锌分别为供给量的49％、42％、49％、56％,维生素A摄入量5、6岁年龄组为供给量的71％、77％;核黄素为74％,73％,其余各种营养素基本达到或超过供给量。 体格检查结果:男童身高2.03％低于正常范围,4.7％高于正常范围;体重1.35％低于正常范围,6.08％高于正常范围。女童身高4.11％高于正常范围;体重6.16％高于正常范围。头围、胸围、上臂围中等水平上者分别占80.6％、85.6％、84.6％。 实验室检查结果:维生素B_1缺乏和不足分别占2.34％、1.3％;维生素B_2缺乏和不足占2.03％、8.11％;维生素C缺乏占32.11％。贫血率16.85％,血清总蛋白低于正常值者占17.32％,血清锌低于正常值者占4.2％。

A NUTRITIONAL INVESTIGATION OF PRESCHOOL CHILDREN IN GUANGZHOU CITY

We carried out a nutritional investigation of 1,542 preschool children in four kindergartens in Guangzhou City. The result showed that in the group of 3, 4, 5, 6 years of age, the calcium intakes were 64%, 48%, 49% and 50% of RDA respectively and the zinc were 49%, 42%, 49% and 56%. In the group of 5,6 years old, the vitrmin A intakes were 71% and 77% and the riboflavin were 74% and 73% respectively. The other nutrients were basically adequate or over supplied. The result of anthropometry in the group of preschool boys showed that there were 2.03% shorter and 4.7% higher than the normal range in height, and 1.35% under and 6.08% over the normal range in weight. Cut in the group of girls, there were 4.11% higher than the normal range of height and 6.08% over the normal weight. The head, chest and upper arm circumferences of medium-sized children account for 80.6%, 85.6% and 84.6/0 respectively. The incidence of deficiency and insufficiency in vitamin Bt were 2.03%and 8.11% respectively, those in vitamin B2 were 2.03% and 8.11%. The incidence of vitamin C deficiency was 32.11% and the rate of anemia was 16.85%. There were 17.32% and 4.2% of the examinees whose total serum proteins and serum zinc were under the normal respectively.
