| 摘 要： | 目的:寻找适合临床的最佳比色背景,评价色彩培训对比色效果的影响。方法:50名受试者在比色指导前后及不同背景条件下采用目测法进行牙体比色。记录其结果并进行统计学分析。结果:培训组在比色指导后其正确率均高于未培训组;黑背景正确率较高,其次为蓝色及牙龈色背景,而对照组及白背景的正确率较低;性别差异无统计学意义。结论:比色前应做好相应的培训和色彩感知训练,尽可能用自然光源以减少误差,黑背景较有利于比色,比色前凝视蓝色背景,可提高比色的正确率。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effect background and color education on color matching. Method: Tooth color was measured by 50 students in different color background through visual measurement before and after education .Result:The correct rate in educatee group was higher than uneducated group,black background was higher than white background.No significant difference was found between different sex.Conclusion:Color matching training,natural enviorment ,and black backgroud is helpful for color matching. |
