嗓音声学分析和电声门图在声带息肉手术疗效评估中的应用

目的:探讨嗓音声学分析和电声门图(ECG)在声带息肉患者手术疗效评估中的作用。方法:采用Dr.Speech软件,对30例声带息肉患者手术前及手术后1周、2周进行嗓音声学分析和电声门图检测,并与50例正常人对照。结果:声带息肉组比正常对照组有较高的基频微扰(Jitter)、振幅微扰(Shimmer)、噪声能量(NNE)和较低的谐噪比(HNR)、信噪比(SNR),各指标的差异均有统计学意义;声带息肉术后1周、2周和术前比较,jitter、shim-mer和NNE均下降,HNR和SNR升高,其中术后第2周与术前比较,各参数值差异均有统计学意义。结论:嗓音声学分析与电声门图检测可客观、定量地分析嗓音质量,评估手术疗效。

Application of Voice Acoustic Analysis and Electroglottographyin Polypectomy of Vocal Cords

Objective: To evaluate the use of voice acoustic analysis and electroglottography in laryngeal polyps surgery.Methods: The software of Dr.Speech was used to do acoustic and ECG test for 30 patients with vocal cord polyps before the operation,one week and two weeks after the operation.And those of 50 normal subjects were also analyzed as the controls.Results: The jitter,shimmer and NNE parameters were higher and HNR,SNR parameters were lower significantly in vocal cord polyps than in normal controls(all P<0.01).The jitter,shimmer and NNE decreased and HNR,SNR increased one week and two weeks after the operation in vocal cord polyps.All the parameters were different significantly between preoperation and two weeks postoperatively(P<0.05).Conclusion: Voice acoustic analysis and ECG can evaluate the operative effect of laryngeal polypectomy objectively and quantitatively.
