南宁市乡镇卫生院法定传染病报告质量的影响因素

目的了解南宁市乡镇卫生院传染病报告质量的影响因素,以便采取针对性措施,进一步提高乡镇卫生院传染病报告质量。方法对南宁市乡镇卫生院直报系统运行状况进行调查,应用卡方自动交互检测法(CHAID)方法探讨可能影响南宁市乡镇卫生院传染病报告质量的因素。结果共调查122家乡镇卫生院,CHAID模型得出影响乡镇卫生院传染病报告的因素有4个,包括制度建设情况、专职直报人员情况、直报人员人数、有无处罚记录等,不同层次的卫生院受不同因素的影响。结论可采取完善传染病报告与管理等各项规章制度,设立专职直报人员、增加网络直报人员人数、落实各项制度等措施来提高乡镇卫生院传染病报告质量。

Influencing Factors of Quality of Infectious Disease Notification Reported by township hospitals by Answer Tree in Nanning City

[Objective]To understand the quality of infectious disease notification reported by township hospitals,so as to adopt targeted control measures,and further improve it.[Methods]The operation status of direct reporting network system in township hospitals of Nanning City was surveyed.The Chi-squared Automatic Interaction Detector（CHAID） was adopted to explore possible factors influencing the reporting quality of infectious diseases by township hospitals.[Results]A total of 122 township hospitals were surveyed.Through CHAID model,4 factors that influence quality of infectious diseases notification were found：the situation of principle construction,the situation of full-time direct reporting personnel,the number of direct reporting personnel,with reward and punishment records or not.The hospitals of different levels were affected by different factors.[Conclusion]Township hospital can improve the quality of infectious diseases notification through perfecting the construct of infectious diseases notification principle,assigning full-time direct reporting personnel,increasing the number of direct reporting personnel,and implementing various systems.
