国产多西紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效观察

目的：观察国产多西紫杉醇联合顺铂（DP方案）治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）的近期疗效及毒副作用。方法：采用DP方案治疗31例晚期NSCLC病人，所有病人均接受至少2个疗程化疗。结果：全组总有效率为35．5％，Ⅲb期有效率为50．0％，Ⅳ期有效率为26.3％，初治组有效率42．9％，复治组有效率为20％，其差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）不良反应主要表现为恶心呕吐、骨髓抑制，大部分患者为Ⅰ-Ⅱ度，耐受性较好，重度不良反应（Ⅲ度-Ⅳ度）发生率为20．5％。结论：DP方案治疗晚期NSCLC有较好的近期疗效，病人耐受性良好，值得在临床上推广使用。

Recent observation of clinical efficacy of domestic docetaxel combined with cisplatin in treatment with advanced non-small-cell lung cancer

Objective： To evaluate the short-term efficacy and toxicity of domestic docetaxel combined with cisplatin （DDP） in treatment with advanced non-small-cell lung cancer （NSCLC） patients. Methods： 31 patients with advanced NSCLG were treated by DDP. All patients were received with at least two cycles of chemotherapy. Results： The total effective rate was 35.5%, the effective rate of m b stage patients was 50.0%, and IV stage was 26.3%.Whereas the significant difference existed between the native patients and the retreated patients（42.9% VS 20.0%, p〈0.05 ）. The main toxicities included myelosuppression,,nausea and vomiting. The severities of these side effects were grade I／ II and well tolerable. The rate of the most severiity of toxicities was 20.5%. Conclusion.＂ The DDP was worth putting into use＇in the advanced non-small-cell lung cancer.
