纤维支气管镜在肺不张病因诊断中的应用价值

目的探讨纤维支气管镜(纤支镜)检查在肺不张病因诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析了180例肺不张患者纤支镜检查结果。结果引起肺不张的病因肺癌占55%,结核占21.1%,炎症占17.8%。青年组以结核和炎症多见,中年组以肺癌和结核多见,老年组以肺癌占绝大多数。右中叶不张以炎症居首位。结论纤支镜对肺不张的病因诊断具有重要价值,确诊率达95%。

The value of fibrobronchoscopy in revealing the causes of atelectasis

Objective To study the value of fibrobronchoscopic examination in revealing the causes of atelectasis. Methods The result of 180 cases with atelectasis examined with ere retrospectively analyzed. Results Among the causes atelectasis, 55% were lung cancer,21.1% tubercle and 17.8% inflammation. In the all patients, tubercle and inflammation were the major canse in young form,lung cancer and tubercle in middle age form, while lung cancer in old age form in addiction, inflammation was the first case in atelectasis at fight middle lobe of the lung. Conclusion This shows that it plays an important role in diagnosing the causes of atelectasis. The diagnostic rate for fibrobronchoscopic examination was 95%.
