疏风解痉法治疗过敏性支气管哮喘的临床研究

本文根据晁恩祥教授治疗过敏性支气管哮喘的临床经验，组成具有“疏风解痉、宣肺平喘”作用的黄龙舒喘汤，治疗过敏性支气管哮喘患者30例，并随机与小青龙汤治疗者（对照组）15例对比。结果黄龙舒喘汤组的控显率、总有效率分别为73．33％、90．00％；小青龙汤对照组控显率、总有效率分别为40．00％、73．33％，有显著差异。临床实验室结果表明，黄龙舒喘汤与小青龙汤对FEV1．0、PEFR及Raw均有改善作用，但黄龙舒喘汤的作用较小青龙汤作用更加明显。黄龙舒喘汤能显著降低升高的外周嗜酸粒细胞（P＜0．01），而小青龙汤的此作用不明显。黄龙舒喘汤对血浆sIL－2R有明显的调节作用；可以明显降低升高了的CD＋4、CD＋8水平，与对照组比较，治疗后CD＋4／、CD＋8水平有显著差异；对血浆TXB2／6－k－PGF1a失衡亦有调节作用。

Clinical Study on Allergic Bronchial Asthma Treated by Method of Dispelling Wind and Relieving Spasm

We treated 30 cases of allergic bronchial asthmawith Huanglong Shuchuan decoction, a experientialrecipe of prof. Chao Enxiang, which has effects of dispelling wind and relieving spasm. 15 control patientswere treated with Xiaoqinglong decoction. Resultsshowed that the significant control rate and total effective rate are 73. 33% and 90. 00% in treated group, incontrol group they are 40. 00% and 73. 33% respectively. The results of laboratory exandnation revealedthat both decoctions can imprcye FEV1.0, PEFR andRaw, the improvement is more significant in treatedgroup than that of control group. Huanglong Shuchuandecoction more significantly reduced the increase of peripheral eosinophilic granulocyte (p< 0. 01 ) and thelevels of CD 4 and CD 8 than Xiaoqinglong decoction. Italso had a obvious regulation on plasm sIL-2R andTXB2/6-k-PGF1a.
