紫外系数倍率法测定雷尼替丁血药浓度

摘    要:目的 :测定雷尼替丁血药浓度。方法 :采用紫外系数倍率法 ,以甲醇作对照液 ,在波长200nm~400nm范围内扫描 ,选定λ1=324nm、λ2=358nm ,绘制工作曲线。结果 :口服雷尼替丁血药浓度有明显的双峰现象。结论 :本方法简便 ,适宜于基层单位进行血药浓度检测。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To determine the concentration of ranitidine in serum METHODS:To use the method of multipled ultraviolet coefficient,the concentration of ranitidine in serum was scanned with detective wavelengths from 200nm to 400nm,and the work-curve was made with detective wavelengths at 324nm and 358nm RESULTS:Ranitidine taken orally resulted in an obvious double-peak in blood concentration CONCLUSION:The method is simple and quick,and is fit for the determination of serum concentration of ranitidine in basic units
