肺结核住院患者营养状况及其对疗效的影响

摘    要:目的探讨肺结核住院患者的营养风险情况及不同营养风险状况对治疗效果的影响。方法对73例肺结核住院患者采用营养风险筛查表评估营养风险状况,记录患者的临床治疗情况,包括痰菌转阴、住院时间及住院费用信息。结果肺结核住院患者的营养风险筛查表评分平均为(3.0±1.1)分,其中≥3分者占64.4%。有营养风险患者的痰菌转阴率显著低于无营养风险患者,而住院时间和费用均显著高于风险的患者(P0.05)。结论半数以上的肺结核住院患者有营养风险,并联系着痰菌转阴率下降、住院时间延长和住院费用增加。

Nutritional risk status and its effect on effectiveness of treatment in the inpatients with pulmonary tuberculosis
Abstract:Objective To investigate the occurrence of nutritional risk and the effect of different nutritional status on effectiveness of treatment in the inpatients with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods 73 tuberculosis inpatients were selected.The nutritional risk status of these patients was measured using Nutritional Risk Screening (NRS).The information of treatment effectiveness,including sputum bacteria becoming negative,days in hospital and hospitalized cost,was recorded.Results Average score of NRS in the inpatients with pulmonary tuberculosis was 3.0±1.1,with 64.4% of the patients being more than 3 points.The rate of sputum bacteria becoming negative in the nutritional risk group was significantly lower than the non-nutritional risk group.While,the nutritional risk group had significantly more days and cost in hospital than those of the non-nutritional risk group (P<0.05).Conclusion Over half of inpatients with pulmonary tuberculosis had nutritional risk,which might be associated decreased rate of sputum bacteria becoming negative,extende hospital stay and increase hospital expenses.
