| 上肢神经鞘瘤的显微手术治疗 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨上肢神经鞘瘤的显微手术摘除的治疗方法及效果。方法 对37例上肢神经鞘瘤患者行显微手术治疗以摘除神经鞘瘤。结果 本组37例神经鞘瘤均完整切除，术后平均随访14个月（3月～5年），尚未发现复发。结论 上肢神经鞘瘤采用显微手术摘除的方法可将肿瘤彻底摘除，神经主干损伤小，治疗满意。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To Study the methods and treatment outcome of nearilemnoma in upper limbs.Methods Thirty-seven cases with nearilemnoma in upper limbs were resected by microsurgery. Results All the cases with nearilemnoma in upper limbs were resected,over a period of 14 months (ranging from 3 months to 60 months)follow-up,without recurrence. Conclusion Microsurgery can ease nearilemnoma in upper limbs removal, and protect the nerve trunk. Treatment results are satisfied. |
