| Abstract: | Antiphospholipid syndrome is an autoimmune disease associated with antiphospholipid antibodies. The most common clinical manifestation is the occurrence of venous or arterial thrombosis, recurrent fetal loss or thrombocytopenia. Revised criteria for antiphospholipid syndrome were published in 2006. This review introduces the updated diagnosis criteria and current treatment recommendations. |
