胸腰椎骨折合并单纯脊髓圆锥损伤的手术治疗

目的：探讨胸腰椎骨折合并单纯脊髓圆锥损伤的手术治疗效果。方法：本组21例胸腰椎骨折合并单纯圆锥损伤，采用后方入路并内固定脊髓，前方推挤减压，结果：所有病人经1－9年的随访，15例于术手3个月左右大小便恢复正常，4例术后3个月左右圆锥功能部分恢复，大小便自解，存在尿潴留，直至术后第6个月后才恢复正常，2例术后未恢复，尿潴留，需留置尿管。结论：一旦胸腰椎骨折合并单纯圆锥损伤，应尽早手术，疗效较好。

The operative treatment of fracture of thoracic and lumbar spin uniting medullary cone injury

Objective To evaluate the operative effect of fracture of thoracic and lumbar spine uniting medullary cone injury. Method 21 patiens with fracture of thoracic and lumbar spine uniting medullary cone injury underwent posterior pathway spinal internal fixation and anterior descompression. Results All patients were followed up for 1-9 years. 15 relieve bowels resumed about 3 month.after operation. 4 recovered partial medullary cone function relieved oneself,but urinary retention. 2 did not recover and need to detain urethral catheterization. Conclusion The fracture of thoracic and lumbar spine uniting medullary cone injury should receive early operation
