轻度认知功能障碍痰浊证与胰岛素抵抗的相关性研究

目的探讨轻度认知功能障碍(MCI)痰浊证与胰岛素抵抗(IR)的关系,为轻度认知功能障碍的临床提供参考,并为中医药防治提供指导。方法 48例MCI患者随机分为痰浊证组和非痰浊证组各24例,对两组间体重指数(BMI)、腹围、血压、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、空腹血糖(FBG)、血脂、胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)进行对比。结果 MCI痰浊证组BMI、腹围、血压、FINS、FBG、甘油三酯(TG)、ISI明显高于非痰浊证组(P0.05)。结论 MCI痰浊证患者常伴有IR。

Correlation between Mild Cognitive Impairment Phlegm Syndrome and Insulin Resistance

Objective To explore the correlation between mild cognitive impairment （MCI） phlegm syndrome and insulin resistance （IR） to provide a clinical reference and a guidance for Chinese medicine prevention and treatment in mild cognitive impairment. Methods Forty-eight cases diagnosed as MCI were randomly into two groups： phlegm syndrome group and non-phlegm syndrome group, with 24 cases in each. Body mass index （BMI）, abdominal circumference, blood pressure, fasting insulin （FINS）, fasting blood glucose （FBG）, lipids and insulin sensitivity index （ISI） were compared between the two groups. Results BMI, abdominal circumference, blood pressure, FINS, FBG, trigiycerides （TG） and ISI were significantly higher irl the phlegm syndrome group than those in the non-phlegm syndrome group（P〈0.05）.
