| 摘 要： | 脂联素(APN)是白色脂肪等组织分泌的一种循环激素,在调节糖、脂代谢和抗炎中起重要作用。肥胖患者的血浆脂联素水平明显降低,低脂联素血症已被确认是2型糖尿病、冠心病和高血压等肥胖相关疾病的独立危险因素。本文就脂联素的结构、功能及其在胰岛素抵抗等代谢性疾病、冠状动脉硬化和高血压性心脏病中的保护作用作一综述。

| Abstract: | Adiponectin(APN)is a circulation hormone mainly secreted by white adipose tissue,and plays an important role in anti-inflammation and regulation of the metabolism of glucose and lipoids.The serum level of adiponectin is down-regulated significantly in obese individuals.Hypoadiponectinemia has been identified as an independent risk factor for obesity-linked diseases such as type 2 diabetes mellitus,coronary artery disease,and hypertension.This review focuses on the structure and role of adiponectin in insulin resistance,coronary artery atherosclerosis,hypertentsion and inflammatory response. |
