立体定向放疗在治疗肝转移癌中的应用现状及研究进展

肝脏是大多数实体恶性肿瘤转移的常见部位，研究证实，对于合并肿瘤肝转移的患者，除积极针对原发病灶进行综合治疗外，对肝转移癌进行局部治疗亦可提高患者的生存潜能。立体定向放疗（SBRT）作为一种无创的肿瘤局部治疗方式，具有生物等效剂量(BED)高、正常组织反应轻、治疗时间短等优势。现有研究在应用人群、剂量和分割方式、临床疗效、安全性等方面均已积累了一定的研究证据。但尚缺乏统一定论及标准，仍需要开展更加广泛深入的前瞻性研究，进一步验证和优化现有的治疗策略。本文将针对目前SBRT在治疗肝转移癌中的应用现状作以介绍，探讨其在临床应用中的价值及发展方向。

Research progress and application status in stereotactic body radiation therapy for treatment of liver metastases

The liver is a common part of most solid malignant tumor metastasis,and the study confirms that for patients with combined tumor liver metastasis,in addition to actively treating the original lesions,local treatment of liver metastasis cancer can also improve the survival potential of patients.Stereotactic radiotherapy(SBRT)as a noninvasive method of local treatment of tumors,with high bioequivalent dose(BED),mild normal tissue response,short treatment time and other advantages.Existing research has accumulated some research evidence in the application of population,dose and segmentation,clinical efficacy,safety and so on.However,there is still a lack of uniform conclusions and standards,and need to carry out more extensive,in-depth prospective studies to further verify and optimize the existing treatment strategies.This paper will introduce the current application of SBRT in treatment of liver metastasis cancer,and explore the value and development direction of clinical application.
