摘    要:目的:观察综合干预对支气管哮喘患者哮喘控制水平的影响。方法:选取我院2013年1月~2014年1月间收治的支气管哮喘患者116例,随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组患者给予常规支气管哮喘治疗并配合系统的综合干预治疗,对照组只给予支气管哮喘常规治疗,对比两组患者治疗前后哮喘控制测试(ACT)评分及肺功能检查改善情况。结果:观察组患者综合干预6个月后,哮喘急性发作次数、ACT评分、肺功能等指标及哮喘控制情况均显著优于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:综合干预配合系统规范的治疗,可显著提高支气管哮喘患者生活质量,减少哮喘发作次数,改善患者临床症状,对支气管哮喘治疗起积极作用。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the influence of comprehensive intervention on patients with bronchial asthma.Methods:A total of 116 patients with bronchial asthma admitted in our hospital from 2013.1to 2014.1were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Patients in observation group was treated with conventional bronchial asthma and comprehensive intervention treatment,patients in control group were given conventional treatment bronchial asthma.Asthma control test(ACT)score and lung function improvement before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Results:After six months of comprehensive intervention,observation group showed more significant improvement in asthma acute episodes,ACT score,pulmonary function index and asthma control than those of control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:System comprehensive intervention with specification treatment can significantly improve the quality of life in patients with bronchial asthma,reduce the attacks number of asthma,and improve clinical symptoms.It has positive effect on bronchial asthma treatment.
