摘    要:【目的】探讨苯酚滴耳液中苯酚含量的测定方法。【方法】配制一系列浓度的苯酚标准溶液,以甘油为空白对照,在270nm波长处测定吸收度,制备标准曲线。通过测定苯酚滴耳液的吸收度,由标准曲线计算苯酚含量。【结果】苯酚浓度在9.6~48.0μg/ml范围内线性关系良好,其它溶剂对苯酚的测定无干扰。【结论】此法操作简便、快速,可用于该制剂的含量测定。

Abstract:[Objective]To establish a method for the determination of phenol content in phenol ear drops.[Methods]A series of phenol standard concentration solution was set up,glycerol for blank,the UV spectrophotography was used to determine absorbability for preparing standard curve,the detection wavelength was 270 nm.Absorbability of phenol ear drops and account content was determined by standard curve.[Results] The phenol concentration within 9.6~48.0 μg/ml showed good linear correlation.Other solvent was non-interference.[Conclusions] The method was sample,easy to operate,and available to assay the preparation.
