导管消融作为心房颤动一线治疗方案:进展与思考

摘    要:心房颤动是临床上常见的心律失常,严重危害人类健康,早期有效控制房颤发作并减少并发症是治疗重点。鉴于导管消融是有创治疗手段,既往指南均推荐导管消融作为二线治疗策略。近年来随着导管消融技术的进步和优化,导管消融有望取代抗心律失常药物,成为心房颤动一线治疗方案。本文系统介绍了导管消融作为房颤一线治疗方案的探索,并探讨了有望成为房颤一线治疗的一些新技术。

Catheter ablation as a first-line treatment strategy for atrial fibrillation

Abstract:Atrial fibrillation is a common arrhythmia and seriously endangers human health. The focus of atrial fibrillation treatment is to effectively control the onset of atrial fibrillation and reduce complications in the early stage. Since catheter ablation is an invasive treatment, previous guidelines have recommended catheter ablation as a second-line treatment strategy. However, with the progress of catheter ablation technology, catheter ablation is expected to replace antiarrhythmic drugs and become the first-line treatment of atrial fibrillation. This paper systematically introduces the process of catheter ablation as the first-line treatment of atrial fibrillation, and discusses the ablation technology that is expected to become the first-line treatment of atrial fibrillation.
