王老吉凉茶对应激小鼠免疫机能及体内过氧化状态的影响

摘    要:目的:研究王老吉凉茶对拘束负荷诱发小鼠免疫机能低下及体内过氧化状态的影响。方法:将雄性C57BL/6小鼠分为正常对照组、拘束应激组、王老吉凉茶125,500 mg.kg-1给药组,流式细胞术分析T淋巴细胞亚群、自然杀伤(NK)细胞比例、NK细胞杀伤活性,同时硫代巴比妥酸法及抗氧化能力指数(ORAC)法分别检测淋巴细胞内氧化状态及抗氧化水平。结果:与拘束应激组相比,王老吉凉茶给药可以改善拘束负荷小鼠脾脏T淋巴细胞亚群比例,增加脾脏NK细胞数,提高NK细胞杀伤活性。此外,王老吉凉茶可以明显改善拘束负荷引起的淋巴细胞内脂质过氧化反应的产物丙二醛(MDA)含量升高、提高细胞内ORAC水平。结论:王老吉凉茶改善拘束负荷诱发小鼠免疫机能低下,其作用机制可能与缓解免疫细胞内的过氧化状态有关。

Abstract:Objective: To study the effect of Wanglaoji Liangcha(WLJ) on immune system and the antioxidation in restrained mice.Methods: The male C(57)BL/6 mice were randomly divided into normal control group,stress control group,125 mg·kg-1 and(500 mg·kg-1) treated with WLJ.The spleen lymphocyte suspension of each group was prepared.The parameters of spleen T cells subsets,NK cell proportion,and NK cell activity were detected by Flow cytometry.The antioxidation states in immune cells were also detected.Results: WLJ regulated T cell subsets,increased the percent of NK cells,and moreover enhanced the cytotoxic activity of NK cell.It also led to significant reduction of the lipid peroxidationn MDA and increase of oxygen radical absorbance capacity(ORAC) of splenocyte.Conclusion: Wanglaoji Liangcha can enhance immunologic function in restraint mice which is relevont with the amelioration of antioxidation in immune cells.
