子痫妇女胎盘瘦素与神经肽Y水平测定及其意义

目的:检测子痫各期妇女胎盘瘦素与神经肽Y的水平,观察二者之间的关系及探讨在子痫发病中的作用。方法:用免疫组化法检测49例子痫各期妇女(其中轻度子痫前期17例,重度子痫前期18例,子痫14例)及40例正常妊娠妇女胎盘瘦素与神经肽Y的水平,观察二者之间及与血压的相关关系。结果:①子痫妇女组胎盘瘦素水平明显高于正常妊娠妇女组,差异有高度显著性(P<0.01),而子痫妇女组中子痫期妇女胎盘瘦素水平又显著高于轻、重度子痫前期妇女组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。②子痫妇女组胎盘神经肽Y水平明显高于正常妊娠妇女组,差异有高度显著性(P<0.01),而子痫妇女组中子痫期妇女胎盘神经肽Y水平又显著高于轻、重度子痫前期妇女组,差异有高度显著性(P<0.01)。③子痫妇女组胎盘瘦素水平与胎盘神经肽Y水平呈高度正相关性(r=0.753,P<0.01)。④子痫妇女组胎盘瘦素水平与收缩压、舒张压、平均动脉压呈正相关,相关系数分别为0.313、0.412、0.402,P均<0.05。结论:胎盘瘦素与神经肽Y水平在子痫妇女组明显升高,胎盘瘦素与神经肽Y水平升高可能是子痫发病的重要机制。

Clinical significance of lepton and NPY in placento of patients with eclampsia.

Objective:To investigate the placento leptin and NPY in patients with eclampsia and normal pregnancies and to study its clinical significance.Methods:SABC(Strept Avidin-Biotin Complex) was used to measure the levels of leptin and NPY in 49 patients with eclampsia(17 mild pre-eclampsia,18 severe pre-eclampsia and 14 eclampsia) and 40 normal pregnant women.Placento-1eptin levels were correlated with NPY and BP.Results:①Placento levels of leptin in eclampsia were higher than those in normal pregnant women(P<0.01) and there was great difference between eclampsia and pre-eclampsia(P<0.05).②The levels of placento NPY in PIH group were higher than that in normal pregnant women(P<0.01) and there was great difference between moderate severe and mild PIH(P<0.01).③Placento leptin levels correlated with NPY ccncentrations(r=0.753,P<0.01).④The placento 1evels of leptin positively correlated with the levels of SBP,DBP and MAP(r=0.313,0.412,0.402,P<0.05) respectively.Conclusion:The levels of leptin and NPY in placento increase in patients with eclampsia,which might play an important role in pathogenesisof eclampsia.Elevated placento leptin and NPY 1evels may be the key mechanism of eclampsia.
