| 摘 要： | 首次报道角膜神经衰老的定量信息。实验采用次甲基兰活体染色法对65只不同龄小白鼠的角膜片进行神经密度定量分析,此活体染色法对角膜神经有较强的专一性。结果表明,角膜神经密度随鼠龄的增长而减少,呈现负相关(r=-0.93,P<0.05),所以小白鼠的衰老对角膜神经纤维密度的影响有显著的意义。

| Abstract: | This paper presents quantitative information on corneal nerve aging. Corneal buttons from 65 mice of different age were analysed on corneal density by vital staining with methylene. This vital staining method has a specificity for corneal nerves. The result shows that the density of corneal nerves decreases to be bound to follow the increase in mouse age. There is a negative correlation (r=-0.93, p<0.05). Therefore, mouse aging exerts effects on the density of corneal nerves. Certain significance was proved for the effects, |
