免疫耐受法制备抗感觉神经元抗体

根据免疫耐受大批量，用兔运动神经细胞蛋白组分作为耐受原，接种于新生ＳＤ大鼠并诱导产生免疫耐受现象。然后以兔感觉神经细胞蛋白组分作为制备特异性抗体的抗的，接种于已对运动神经细胞蛋白产生耐受的ＳＤ大鼠。经此方法制备特异性抗感觉神经细胞的抗血清，用免疫组织化学方法检测抗血清的特异性。结果表明，抗血清只对感觉神经细胞产一阳性反应，对运动神经细胞则表现为阴性反应。本研究说明，如果两种细胞蛋白组分中含有共同抗

PREPARATION OF ANTIBODY AGAINST SENSORY NEURON BY IMMUNIZE TOLERANCE

The rabbit motor neuron proteins,as a telerangn, were injected into newborn SD rats, which were rendered tolerant.Then,the rabbit sensory neuron proteins, a immunogen that stimulated antibody production,were immunized by with SD rats above mentioned.The anti-serum was obtained. The specificity of anti-serum was examined by using immunohistochemical method. The results indicated that sensory neurons were of positive immunoreactivity, whereas motor neurons were negative.The study demonstrated that if two kinds of cells have both common antigens and specific antigens, the specific antibody aganist specific antigens of one kind of cell could be prepared by using immunologic tolerance.
