| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨恶性胸膜间皮瘤的临床及病理特点。方法:对15例恶性胸膜间皮瘤患者的临床资料和病理学特点进行复习及分析。结果:15例患者中13例行胸腔镜检查者全部确诊,12例行免疫组化染色病例中Calretinin阳性11例。结论:恶性胸膜间皮瘤恶性程度高,易误诊,应胸腔镜下尽早取活检,除常规HE染色外,在免疫组化染色,特别是Calretinin帮助下可尽快诊断。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the clinical and pathological features of malignant pleural mesothelioma.Method Fifteen cases of malignant pleural mesothelioma were analyzed and the relavent literatures were reviewed.Results For 13 cases were diagnosed by thoracoscopy of 15 cases,the calretinin of 11 cases were positive in 12 cases which examined by immunohistochemistry.Conclusion The grade malignancy of malignant pleural mesothelioma is high,it should examine by thoracoscopy rapidly.In immunohistochemistry,especially... |
