| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨甲状腺癌高频超声的诊断价值。方法：对经病理证实的36例甲状腺癌的高频超声图像进行回顾分析。结果：甲状腺癌多数具有占位效应,肿块边界不规则,欠清晰,单发的实性低回声结节多见,内部可见微粒状钙化回声等特征性表现。结论：高频超声检查对甲状腺癌有较大的诊断价值,有助于恶性病例的诊断及对可疑病例的筛选。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the high-frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of thyroid cancer. Methods:High-frequency ultrasound images from 36 cases of thyroid cancer confirmed pathologically were retrospectively analyzed.Results:The majority of thyroid cancers had a mass effect,the irregular and unclear border of the mass.The single solid hypoechoic nodules were common,and the calcification echo of in-house-like particles could be seen.Conclusion:The high-frequency ultrasound for thyroid cancer has a greater diag... |
