手术室舒适护理对巨大子宫肌瘤手术患者的影响研究

目的探讨手术室舒适护理对巨大子宫肌瘤患者手术治疗的影响。方法 2011年4月至2013年4月120例巨大子宫肌瘤手术治疗患者随机分为观察组60例及对照组60例。对照组患者实施常规护理,对观察组患者实施心理、环境、并发症预防等的手术室舒适护理,并在出院前对两组患者进行护理质量满意度评分及手术并发症比较。结果观察组患者对护理质量满意度明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）;且观察组患者手术并发症均较对照组有显著的下降（P均〈0.05）。结论对巨大子宫肌瘤手术治疗患者实施手术室舒适护理,提高了患者对护理的满意度,减少了手术并发症,改善了患者的生活质量。

Comfortable operating room nursing on huge uterine fibroids surgery patients

Objective To investigate the operating room comfortable nursing on the surgical treatment of patients with huge uterine fibroids. Methods From April 2011 to April 2013,120 cases of huge uterine fi-broids surgical treatment of patients were randomly divided into 60 cases in the observation group and 60 patients in the control group. Routine care for patients of the control group,make the implementation of the observation group including psychological,environmental,and prevention of complications operating room comfort care.Results The quality of care satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher （P〈0.05） ; surgical complications of the observation group patients decreased significantly compared with the con-trol group （P〈0.05） . Conclusion The implementation of the operating room comfort able care for surgicaltreatment of patients with huge uterine fibroids can improve patient satisfaction with care,reduce surgical com-plications and improve the patient＇s quality of life.
