| 摘 要： | 目的观察沐舒坦注射液雾化吸入辅佐治疗急性支气管炎的临床疗效和安全性。方法对2007年1月至2009年1月接诊治疗的急性支气管炎患者91例,随机分为治疗组48例,对照组43例,对照组常规抗感染及对症治疗;治疗组在常规抗感染、对症等治疗基础上加用沐舒坦雾化吸入治疗。结果治疗组总有效率97.9%,对照组总有效率86%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论雾化吸入沐舒坦是一种经济、安全、有效的辅助治疗急性支气管炎的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety of inhaling ambroxol on the acute bronchitis.Methods 91 patients from Jan.2007 to Jan.2009 were included in the trial and divided Into two random groups.Control group has 43 patients which are treated with antibiotics,and treatment group has 48 patients which are treated with antibiotics plus inhaling ambroxol.Results The total effective rate of treatment group is 97.9% and control group is 86%,the effective rate of the two groups had statistical difference (P<0.05).Conclusion The results suggest that inhaling ambroxol is a practical,safe and effective method for acute bronchitis. |
