贵州遵义地区蛇咬伤流行病学特点分析

目的:分析贵州遵义地区蛇咬伤的发病情况,为该区预防及治疗蛇咬伤提供参考。方法:回顾性分析2009-2011遵义医学院附属医院急诊蛇咬伤病例90例,分析蛇咬伤患者人群、年龄、性别,咬伤发生的季节、时间、部位,致伤蛇种。结果:90例病例中农民居多,年龄集中在30～50岁,男女性别无差异,咬伤多发生于夏、秋两季,以蝮蛇为主。结论:了解蛇咬伤发生季节及时间等特点,做好宣传工作,减少蛇咬伤发生的概率,同时为我院的接诊与救治提供一定的帮助。

Epidemic analysis of the acute snake bite around Guizhou Zunyi area

Objective：To investigate the epidemic feature of the acute snake bite around Zunyi Guizhou area. Method： The complete records of 90 cases with snake bite in recent two years of our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Result：Most of the snake bite persons are farmers. There is not a fundamental difference between male and female. Snake bite occurred mainly in May to October and the patients were mostly 30~50 years old. Most of the snakes involved in this study were Agkistrodon halys. Conclusion： According to the above-mentioned epidemic logical characteristics, we must do a lot of publicity to protect the patients and help other doctors to make a diagno sis and give treatment.
