| 摘 要： | 目的:建立雄芍汤总苷提取物中芍药苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定总苷提取物中芍药苷的含量。采用Waters XTerra RP-C8色谱柱(150 mm×3.9 mm,粒径5μm),以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液为流动相,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长230 nm。结果:雄芍汤总苷提取物中芍药苷的含量为10.01%,平均回收率为98.08%,RSD为1.46%。结论:该法灵敏度高,重现性好,可作为雄芍汤总苷提取物的质量控制方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective：To establish a method for determination of paeoniflorin in total glucosides extract from Xiongshao decoction.Method：HPLC was performed on a Waters XTerra RP-C8 column（150 mm×3.9 mm,5 μm） with water-phosphoric acid solution as mobile phase.The flow rate was at 1.0 mL/min,and detection wavelength was set at 230 nm.Results：The content of paeoniflorin in total glucosides extract was 10.01%.The average recovery rate was 98.08% and RSD was 1.46%.Conclusion：This methods is highly sensitive and reproducible,and suitable for quality control of total glucosides extract from Xiongshao decoction. |
