| 摘 要： | 目的分析妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症（ICP）孕期治疗后对孕妇、围生儿及新生儿发病率的影响。方法对1999年1月—2008年1月在我院进行剖宫产的348例ICP进行回顾性分析,其中孕期进行治疗的210例ICP作为观察组,未进行任何治疗的138例ICP作为对照组。结果观察组与对照组比较,孕妇、围生儿及新生儿发病率均明显降低。结论早期诊断ICP,经过适当治疗能明显改善孕妇、围生儿和新生儿的预后。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy（ICP）during pregnancy after treatment for pregnant women,perinatal and neonatal morbidity rates.Methods The right to cesarean section in our hospital were retrospectively 348 cases of ICP analysis,treatment with ICP210 cases of pregnancy to observe the group without any treatment ICP138 cases as control group.Results The observation group compared with the control group of pregnant women,perinatal and neonatal morbidity were significantly reduced.Conclusion The early diagnosis of ICP,after appropriate treatment can obviously improve maternal,perinatal and neonatal prognosis. |
