不规则肝段切除治疗肝内胆管结石的疗效观察

目的探讨不规则肝段切除治疗肝内胆管结石的治疗效果。方法对57例采用不规则肝段切除治疗肝内胆管结石患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 57例患者均治愈,无死亡病例。术后发生并发症6例(10.5%),其中切口感染4例、切口裂开2例,经非手术治疗痊愈。术后均经T管行胆道造影及镜检,发现残留结石7例(12.3%)。结论不规则肝段切除术治疗肝内胆管结石具有疗效好、残石率低、并发症少的优势。

The effect observation of irregular hepatic segmentectomy in intrahepatic bile vessel lithiasis

Objective To evaluate the effect of irregular hepatic segmentectomy in intrahepatic bile vessel lithiasis.Methods Retrospectively reviewed the clinical data of 57 cases patients with intrahepatic bile vessel lithiasis in treatment of irregular hepatic segmentectomy.Results 57 cases patients were cured,and no deaths.Postoperative complications occurred in 6 cases(10.5%) ,of which wound infection 4 cases,wound dehiscence 2 cases,non-surgical treatment cured.After all the line through the T tube cholangiography and biliary microscopy,found residual stones 7 cases(12.3%) .Conclusion Irregular hepatic segmentectomy in intrahepatic bile vessel lithiasis have the advantage of good effect,low incidence of residual lithiasis and less complication.
