摘    要:目的分析氟喹诺酮类抗菌药物(FQNS)药物不良反应(ADR)的特点,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法对2001-2010年某院门、急诊及住院部应用FQNS致ADR患者205例进行回顾性统计、分析。结果男性ADR发生率高于女性,31~40岁年龄段ADR发生率最高(31.2%);引起ADR的主要给药途径为静脉注射,共105例(51.2%);共涉及10种FQNS,不良反应主要表现在神经、循环、皮肤、泌尿、消化、呼吸、血液等系统,其中以神经系统、皮肤及消化系统症状较突出。结论 FQNS致ADR因素较多,临床使用时应注意ADR的监测,合理用药,以提高用药的安全性,减少ADR的发生。

Abstract:Objective To study the characteristics of fluoroquinolone antibacterial agents-induced adverse reactions(ADR) in order to provide references for clinical rational druge use.Methods The adverse drug reactions of fluoroquinolones such as norfloxacin,ofloxacin,levofloxacin,ciprofloxacin,lomefloxacin,pefloxacin,fleroxacin,moxifloxacin,gatifloxacin,sparfloxacin,used in outpatients and inpatients during 2001 to 2010 were collected and retrospectively analyzed.Results Of all the ADR cases collected,incidence of ADR in male was higher than that of female,31.2% were patients aged 31 to 40 years.The main adverse drug reactions were seen in nervous system,circulatory system,dermatosis system,urinary system,digestive system,respiratory system,blood system etc.From them the symptoms of nervous system,dermatosis system,digestive system were prominent.105 cases(51.2%)occurred via intravenous administration.Conclusion Fluoroquinolone antibacterial agents-induced ADR is associated with many factors,therefore,ADR monitoring should be tightened and rational use of fluoroquinolones should be emphasized to enhance the safety of medication and reduce the incidence of ADR.
