肺结核球中结核分枝杆菌药物敏感实验结果临床意义分析

目的：通过研究分析肺结核球中结核分枝杆菌培养和药物敏感实验结果,指导肺结核球的临床治疗。方法：采用手术切除肺结核球并对其中的结核分枝杆菌进行培养和药物敏感实验。结果：除异烟肼外肺结核球中结核分枝杆菌对其他抗结核药物的敏感性均在81.13%以上,结核分枝杆菌对抗结核药物组合后的敏感性也较好。结论：绝大部分肺结核球的治疗不需要采用复治和耐多药方案,应尽快手术切除,手术后仍可采用2HRZS/4HRZ方案治疗且效果满意。

To analyze the clinical value of tubercle bacillus culture in lung tuberculoma

Objective:To determine the evidence of culture and sensitivity in lung tuberculoma for guiding clinical treat-ment of lung tuberculoma.Methods:Tubercle bacillus culture and sensitivity test were applied in resecting lung tubercu-loma.Results:The sensitivity rates to Rifampicin,Pyrazinamide,Ethambutol and Streptomycin exceeded 81.13% except Isoniazid.And the sensitivity result was satisfactory to combination of anti-tuberculotic.Conclusion:It is no need to pro-vide the treatment regimens for treating drug resistant TB and MDRTB and most of the lung tuberculoma should be operat-ed as soon as possible.The therapeutic regiment with 2HRZS/4HRZ could be used and theoutcome of treatment will be satisfactory after operation.
