中药预防老年人髋部骨折围手术期并发症的临床观察

目的观察中药防治老年人髋部骨折围手术期并发症的临床疗效。方法将88例老年股骨颈、粗隆间骨折行手术治疗患者随机分为2组,对照组44例给予围手术期常规处理,观察组44例在围手术期常规处理的基础上依据中医辨证论治给予中药内服,观察比较2组术后并发症发生情况。结果对术后发热、下肢深静脉血栓、肺部感染、原发老年病复发或加重等防治情况观察组要优于对照组(P均<0.05);而对伤口浅表感染、褥疮、尿路感染防治情况2组无明显差异。结论老年髋部手术围手术期依据中医辨证口服中药,能有效预防或减少术后并发症的发生,具有方法简单、价格低廉等优点,值得推广。

Clinical observation of prevention with Chinese drugs for perioperative complications of hip fractures in elders

Objective It is to observe the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine on perioperative complications of hip fractures in elders.Methods 88 elder patients with femoral neck fracture or femoral intertrochanteric fracture treated with surgery were randomly divided into 2 groups: the control group(n=44) was treated with normal perioperative therapy,the observation group(n=44) was given traditional Chinese medicine by oral administration according to syndrome differentiation on the basis of treatment above.The occurrences of complications after operation were observed and compared in both groups.Results The effects on the postoperative complications such as fever,deep venous thrombosis,pulmonary infections,reoccurrences or aggravation of primary disease were better in observation group than that in control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in superficial wound infection,pressure ulcer or urinary tract infection between the two groups.Conclusion The therapy with traditional Chinese medicine by oral administration according to syndrome differentiation during perioperative stage,which is simple and cheap,can effectively prevent or decrease complications after operations,so it is worth spreading.
