双吻合器在保肛手术中的应用：附69例分析

作者１９９３年１月至１９９４年６月应用双吻合器（ｄｏｕｂｌｅ ｓｔａｐｌｉｎｇ ｄｅｖｉｃｅ）为６９例直肠肿瘤患者进行直肠前切除低位吻合术，术后发生吻合口漏４例（５．８％），吻合口狭窄６例（８．７％），经治疗后均痊愈，无手术死亡，本文着重讨论手术方法和并发症的预防与处理。作者认为双吻合器具有较大优点，特别适用于直肠低位及超低位吻合术，可成为保肛手术的首选术式。

Use of double stapling device in sphincter saving resection.

ixty-nine cases of rectal tumor have been treatedwith anterior resection by using double stapling devicesince January 1993 to June 1994. Anastomotic leakageoccurred in 4 cases accounted for 5. 8% and temporaryanastomotic stenosis occurred in 6 cases accounted for8. 7%. There was no operative death. The operativetechnique and the prevention and management of theoperative complications were discussed in detail. It hasbeen pointed that the double stapled end to end anastomosis is especially indicated in low and extended lowanastornosis and may be the choice of operative procedure in sphincter saving resection.
