经阴道彩色多普勒超声对子宫内膜病变的诊断价值

目的探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声㈣CD）对子宫内膜病变的诊断价值。方法对140例不规则阴道出血的患者行阴道彩色多普勒超声检查，重点观察内膜厚度及内膜血流，与诊刮的内膜组织病理诊断对照。结果140例患者中，无子宫内膜病变的42例，良性病变95例，子宫内膜癌3例，三者声像图表现、血流显示、阻力指数（RI）均有明显差异。结论经阴道彩色多普勒超声是一种有效的诊断及鉴别诊断子宫内膜病变的检查方法。

The value of transvaginal color dopller ultrasound in diagnosis of endemetrial disease

Objective To discuss the value of transvaginal color Doppler （TVCD） ultrasound in diagnosis of endometrial disease. Methods 140 cases of irregular vaginal bleeding underwent transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography, focus on endometrial thickness and endometrial blood flow observed.Compared with respective endometrial pathologic. Results In 140 patients,42 of them were non-endometrial disease,95 were benign disease and 3 were endometrial carcinoma.There were remarkable difference in their sonograms,blood flow images and resistance indexes. Conclusion TVCD is an effective method applied for diagnosis and differentiating endometrial benign diseases.
