LEEP刀治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变110例临床分析

摘    要:
目的分析宫颈环形电切术(LEEP)治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)fN效果。方法回顾性分析我院2007年1月至2009年1月间收治的110例在妇科门诊经细胞学、阴道镜及宫颈活检初步诊断的宫颈上皮内瘤变CINⅠ-Ⅲ级患者,用LEEP刀环形切除术治疗,对其疗效采取前瞻性分析及随访。结果110例均成功利用LEEP刀完成宫颈上皮内瘤变切除术,具有手术时间短、术中出血少、并发症少、切除物可送检等优点。结论LEEP刀切除宫颈上皮内瘤变具有操作简单、安全有效、经济适用等特点,患者易接受,在妇产科临床工作中值得推广。

Clinical analysis of loop electrosurgical excision procedure for cervical intraepithelial neoplasia

Abstract:
Objective To analyze loop electrosurgical excision procedure(LEEP) cover inner tumour changes to treat the palace on the neck(CIN). Methods To analyze 110 cases that has accepted for medical treatment during January 2007-January 2009 were passed in gynecological clinic cytologically to review analyzing, vaginal mirror and the intersection of palace and neck live palace diagnosed tentatively to examine the intersection of skin and inner tumour it turns CIN Ⅰ-Ⅲ to be annular to excise skill to treat in one hundred sheets with LEEP in patient at the neck, adopt prospective analysis and follow up a case by regular visits to its curative effect. Results 110 cases succeed in not utilizing LEEP became last skill, be operation short and bleeding skin tumours inner by little, little and lasting inspecting in skill by ready samples advantage complicationing timed at the neck after lasting palacing. Conclusion LEEP knife excises the palace on the neck is easy to operate, safe and effective, such characteristics as economy is applicable that cover inner tumour changes, it is easy for the patient to accept, worth popularizing in the clinic of gynaecology and obstetrics works.
