米力农治疗充血性心力衰竭疗效观察及其对血浆NT-pro-BNP的影响

目的观察米力农对充血性心力衰竭患者心功能及血浆脑利钠肽水平的影响。方法76例充血性心力衰竭患者随机分为研究组（36例）和对照组（40例），两组患者均给予常规抗心力衰竭的治疗，根据病情选用利尿剂、血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂、B受体阻滞剂、螺内酯药物等，必要时应用洋地黄等正性肌力药物。研究组在常规治疗基础上加用米力农静滴，疗程为10d。观察两组治疗前后心功能改善情况：心脏指数（CI）、心输出量（CO）、左室射血分数（LVEF）和血浆NT—pro—BNP水平。结果治疗10d后，研究组与治疗前及对照组相比CI、CO和LVEF均明显增加。而NT—pro—BNP明显降低；差异有统计学意义（P〈O．01及P〈O．05）。结论米力农对充血性心力衰竭疗效较好，可提高CO、CI和IJVEF，降低血浆NT—pro—BNP水平。

Curative effects of MUrinone on congestive heart failure patients and its influence to the serum NT-pro-BNP

Objective To observe the effect of Milrinone on cardiac function and levels of serum N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide（NT-pro-BNP） in patients with congestive heart failure. Methods 76 patients with congestive heart failure were randomly divided into study group（n=36） and control group（n=40）, and two group patients were treated with conventional treatment of heart failure,such as diuretics, angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors, 13-receptor blockers,spironolactone etc were also selected. If necessary,inotropic drugs such as digitalis were applied according to different condition. Study group were plus Milrinone on the basis of conventional treatment for 10 days. The improvement of heart function, such as cardiac index （CI）, cardiac output（CO）, left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF）, and the serum NT-pro-BNP in two groups were observed on be- fore and after treatment. Results After 10 days,CI,CO and LVEF of study group were significantly increased more than before treatment and that of the control group, meanwhile NT-pro-BNP was significantly decreased （P〈0.01 and P〈O.05）. Conclusion Milrinone in treating patients with congestive heart failure is effective, and also can improve CI, CO and LVEF, decrease serum levels of NT-pro-BNP.
