支气管袖状肺叶切除治疗中央型肺癌46例

目的总结半隆突切除、支气管袖状切除、双袖状切除治疗46例中央型肺癌的临床经验。方法全组46例中施行半隆突切除气道重建术8例,左、右各式支气管袖状切除术38例,其中双袖状肺叶切除14例。结果本组无手术死亡,术后并发症发生率为8.6%,术后1、3、5年生存率82.5%、64.3%、41.1%。结论支气管袖状/双袖状肺叶切除术治疗中央型肺癌最大限度地保护了肺功能,提高了肺癌的治愈率和长期生存率。

Bronchial Sleeve Lobectomy in the Treatment of 46 Cases With Central Lung Cancer

Objective To summarize the experience of bronchial sleeve lobectomy in the treatment of 46 patients with central lung cancer. Methods 46 patients with central lung cancer were underwent pulmonary resection. Semi - carinal resection and reconstruction was performed in 8 patients, bronchial sleeve lobectomy in 38 patients and bronchial sleeve resection combined with pulmonary artery in 14 patients. Results There was no operative mortality. Postoperative complications occurred in 8.6% of total group. The 1,3 ,and 5 years survival rate were 82.5% ,64.3% and 41.1% respectively. Conclusions Bronchial sleeve resection or combined with pulmonary artery sleeve resection can significantly preserve pulmonary function, improve the prognosis and increase the curative rate and long - term survival rate in patients with central lung cancer.
