速效救心丸治疗冠心病心绞痛效果观察

目的观察速效救心丸治疗冠心病心绞痛患者的效果。方法选取2018-03至2019-06聊城市第三人民医院收治的120例冠心病心绞痛患者作为研究对象,依据治疗方法不同分为对照组(n=60)和研究组(n=60)。对照组予以硝酸甘油治疗,研究组应用速效救心丸治疗,比较用药后两组超敏C反应蛋白(hypersensitive C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(matrix metalloproteinase-9,MMP-9)、N-末端脑钠肽前体(N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide,NT-proBNP)水平,用药前后心功能相关指标水平、疾病症状改善情况、治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,研究组hs-CRP、MMP-9、NT-proBNP水平均明显低于对照组,左室射血分数、左室舒张末期内径、左室收缩末期内径均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组心绞痛发作时疼痛程度和持续时间均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组临床总有效率明显高于对照组,不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论速效救心丸治疗冠心病心绞痛患者能提高治疗有效率,改善心功能和临床症状指标水平,降低不良反应发生率,效果优于硝酸甘油治疗效果。

Effects of suxiao jiuxin pills on coronary heart disease angina pectoris

Objective To analyze effects of suxiao jiuxin pills on coronary heart disease angina pectoris.Methods 120 patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris of treated in Liaocheng Third People's Hospital were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group(n=60)and study group(n=60)according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with nitroglycerin,while the study group was treated with suxiao jiuxin pills.The levels of hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9),and N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)after the treatment,cardiac function-related indicators before and after the treatment,improvement of disease symptoms,treatment effects and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After the treatment,the levels of hs-CRP,MMP-9,and NT-proBNP in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group;the left ventricular ejection fraction,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter,and left ventricular end-systolic diameter were significantly better than those in the control group;and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the pain and duration of angina pectoris attack in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group;the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions For the patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris,suxiao jiuxin pills can improve the treatment effects,improve the cardiac function and clinical symptom indexes,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.Moreover,it is superior to nitroglycerin.
